Samantha Tulipano

Samantha leads all aspects of our Registration and Membership Services, Physician Advisory, and Change of Scope and Re-entry to Practice teams. She has been with the College since 2007, when she first joined as a Registration Specialist supporting the Registration Committee. Since then, she has transitioned to lead all aspects of Registration and Membership Services. She has been instrumental in modernizing the medical registration landscape, helping to meet the medical profession's human resource needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Samantha holds certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and prior to joining CPSO, she worked in Arbitration and Mediation at the Toronto Real Estate Board. Samantha’s leadership is value-driven and puts the needs of the customer first — which makes her an excellent fit as Director of Registration & Membership Services. Under her direction, the division has become the customer service hub of the College. Her unique background makes her a natural leader in stakeholder relations and relationship building. With a keen eye for Lean methodology, she routinely demonstrates her passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, problem solving and delivering results.
