Susan Klejman

Susan leads CPSO's Information Governance and Business Analytics teams. Her priority is to foster a culture of data and information that drives long-term decision-making. Her team leads the data, analytics and information management strategy that focuses on the development of business processes and systems that collect, organize and synthesize data and information in support of the College’s strategic priorities. Susan received her Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Biostatistics, both from the University of Toronto. Prior to coming to the College, Susan worked as a Research Engineer for 10 years in a health care setting, transforming large complex datasets into actionable clinical outcomes that led to numerous peer-reviewed publications.
