As from February 15, 2012, the following term, condition and limitation is
imposed on the certificate of registration held by Dr. Bernard Norman Barwin,
in accordance with an undertaking and consent given by Dr. Barwin to the
College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario:
Dr. Barwin has voluntarily permanently ceased the practice of artificial
insemination and intrauterine insemination.
