All hearings are held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, 80 College Street, Toronto, and commence at 9:00 a.m. in the first floor hearing chamber, unless otherwise stated. The physician’s current practice location as indicated on the Public Register is noted. This schedule is subject to change. Application for Reinstatement continuation

On November 3, 2010, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Roberts committed an act of professional misconduct, in that the governing body of a health profession in a jurisdiction other than Ontario has found that he committed an act of professional misconduct that would be an act of professional misconduct as defined in Ontario. The Committee ordered, amongst other things, revocation of Dr. Roberts’ certificate of registration.
