All hearings are held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, 80 College Street, Toronto, and commence at 9:00 a.m. in the first floor hearing chamber, unless otherwise stated. The physician’s current practice location as indicated on the Public Register is noted. This schedule is subject to change.
