All hearings are held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, 80 College Street, Toronto, and commence at 9:00 a.m. in the first floor hearing chamber, unless otherwise stated. The physician’s current practice location as indicated on the Public Register is noted. This schedule is subject to change. Reprimand to be delivered at 3:00 p.m.

On December 12, 2012, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Roland Chee Kong Wong committed an act of professional misconduct, in that he failed to maintain the standard of practice of the profession and engaged in conduct relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as unprofessional.  On January 22, 2014, the Discipline Committee ordered and directed, amongst other things, that Dr. Wong be reprimanded.

MUHAMMAD, Naeem Hafiz

Reprimand to be delivered at 3:30 p.m.

On February 14, 2013, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Naeem Hafiz Muhammad committed professional misconduct:  in that he has engaged in the sexual abuse of a patient; and, in that he has engaged in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional. On May 9, 2013, the Discipline Committee ordered and directed, amongst other things, that Dr. Muhammad be reprimanded.

CHUNG, Stanley Bo-Shui

Reprimand to be delivered at 4:00 p.m.
On February 10, 2014, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Chung committed acts of professional misconduct in that he failed to maintain the standard of practice of the profession, and that he engaged in conduct or an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional. On June 13, 2014, the Committee ordered, amongst other things, that Dr. Chung be reprimanded.

LAU, Alvin Wah Wing

On December 2, 2013, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Alvin Wah Wing Lau committed an act of professional misconduct in that he engaged in conduct or an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.  On February 5, 2014, the Discipline Committee ordered and directed, amongst other things, that Dr. Lau be reprimanded.
