All hearings are held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, 80 College Street, Toronto, and commence at 9 a.m. in the first floor hearing chamber, unless otherwise stated. The physician’s current practice location as indicated on the Public Register is noted. This schedule is subject to change.   • On October 24, 2016, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Galea committed an act of professional misconduct in that he has been found guilty of an offence relevant to his suitability to practise and he engaged in an act or omission relevant to the practise of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable, or unprofessional. The Discipline Committee ordered, amongst other things, that Dr. Galea be reprimanded.

  • On February 21, 2017, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Ghabbour committed an act of professional misconduct in that he engaged in conduct or an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional. The Discipline Committee ordered, amongst other things, that Dr. Ghabbour be reprimanded.
