All hearings are held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, 80 College Street, Toronto, and commence at 9:00 a.m. in the first floor hearing chamber, unless otherwise stated. The physician’s current practice location as indicated on the Public Register is noted. This schedule is subject to change. On September 29, 2014, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Bruce Gordon Minnes committed acts of professional misconduct, in that he has engaged in conduct or an act or acts relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.

On October 15, 2014, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Sinclair committed an act of professional misconduct in that he has been found guilty of an offence that is relevant to his suitability to practice, that he has committed an act or an omission relevant to the practice medicine that having regard to all the circumstances would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable and unprofessional; and that he has engaged in conduct unbecoming a physician.  The Committee ordered, amongst other things, that Dr. Sinclair be reprimanded.
