All hearings are held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, 80 College Street, Toronto, and commence at 9:00 a.m. in the first floor hearing chamber, unless otherwise stated. The physician’s current practice location as indicated on the Public Register is noted. This schedule is subject to change.   • On February 10, 2014, the Discipline Committee found that Dr. Chung committed acts of professional misconduct in that he failed to maintain the standard of practice of the profession, and that he engaged in conduct or an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional. On June 13, 2014, the Committee ordered, amongst other things, that Dr. Chung be reprimanded.
