All hearings are held at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, 80 College Street, Toronto, and commence at 9:00 a.m. in the first floor hearing chamber, unless otherwise stated. The physician’s current practice location as indicated on the Public Register is noted. This schedule is subject to change. Motion to Vary Terms and Conditions
 

On June 18, 2012, the Discipline Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario found that Dr. Karen Gaye Dockrill committed an act of professional misconduct, in that she charged a fee for an undertaking to be available to provide services to patients, and that she contravened a regulation made under the Medicine Act, and that she engaged in conduct or an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.
The Committee ordered, amongst other things, the imposition of terms, conditions and limitations.
