Cameo Allan
Director, Governance
Cameo leads CPSO’s Governance team, ensuring that our Board of Directors and Board committees are properly constituted and comply with legislative requirements, organizing Board and committee meetings, running board elections, and other duties related to the College’s governance.
Cameo joined the College in 2019 as a project manager on a multi-year initiative to upgrade CPSO’s various enterprise and IT systems. In 2022, she was named the College’s governance manager, harnessing her solid background in governance, policy, and stakeholder engagement, and making her a natural fit to spearhead our ongoing governance transformation initiatives.
Prior to the College, Cameo worked for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Touchstone Institute, and Cancer Care Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management, International/Global Studies from Carleton University in Ottawa.
