Find information here about all family doctors and specialists, including practice addresses, telephone numbers and qualifications.
To search by a doctor’s name, first enter their last name, then optionally, their first name.
To find a doctor who can conduct practice in a language other than English, select your language of preference from the drop down menu.

To narrow your search to family doctors, select Family Doctors from the list of options below.
For specialists, choose the Specialists option, then select the specialty from the drop-down menu.
Active means only that the doctor is registered with the College. Inactive means that the doctor is no longer registered with the College.
Location refers to the exact city of the practice address for the physician.
To find a doctor with privileges at a specific hospital in Ontario, select the hospital from the drop-down menu.
Search for doctors with any outstanding allegations of professional misconduct, incompetence or incapacity, or doctors with a previous discipline or fitness to practise finding.
Change Registration Status to All Physicians when searching for both practising physicians and those who are no longer in active practice.
