Fiona Hill-Hinrichs is the Director, Communications and Media and joined CPSO in September 2018. In this capacity, Fiona oversees the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion work at the College and is responsible for all aspects of strategic communications – including internal, external, and stakeholder engagement. With 20 years experience in health care communications and public affairs, Fiona has held various communication and public affairs leadership roles in government, hospital and health research. Before joining CPSO, she led Communications at UHN’s Toronto Western Hospital, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and Networks of Centres of Excellence (NCE), a federally funded research network. Fiona holds a BA in Political Science from Western University, a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College and a Knowledge Translation Professional Certificate (KTPC™) from the University of Toronto. Building relationships, managing issues and writing for the masses is where Fiona thrives, and she is proud to work with the best and brightest communicators in the province.
