Heather Webb

Heather leads CPSO’s Communications and Government Relations team, with responsibility for the College’s internal and external communications. Her portfolio includes corporate communications, public relations, and media relations activities, as well as digital content and CPSO’s public website. She also oversees external relations efforts such as social media and official publications such as Dialogue and the Annual Report, in addition to the College’s government relations activities.

Having obtained her law degree from Queen’s University in 2009, Heather began her career in child protection litigation before moving into policy and counsel roles at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. Since joining the College in 2018, Heather has worked across a broad range of policy and government relations issues. She was named Manager of the College’s Communications and Government Relations area in 2024.

With Heather’s extensive background in law, policy and communications, she leads the Communications and Government Relations team with strategic insight, ensuring the College’s messaging is clear, consistent and effective.
