Susan Klejman

Director, Investigations and Information Management and Business Analytics

Susan leads both the Investigations and Resolutions (I&R) and Information Management and Business Analytics (IMBA) teams at CPSO. In this role, she leads the College’s I&R operations, as well as the data, analytics and information management processes that support CPSO’s strategic priorities.

Prior to joining the College, Susan worked as a Research Engineer for 10 years in a health care setting, transforming large complex datasets into actionable clinical outcomes that led to numerous peer-reviewed publications. Susan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Biostatistics, both from the University of Toronto.
