Susan Klejman

Susan leads the College’s Investigations and Resolutions (I&R) operations, with responsibility for the oversight of complaints, investigations, and resolution processes in service of CPSO’s mandate to serve in the public interest. In this role, she supports the College’s work to deliver fair, timely, and effective regulatory outcomes.

Prior to joining the College, Susan worked as a Research Engineer for 10 years in a health-care setting, transforming large complex datasets into actionable clinical outcomes that led to numerous peer-reviewed publications.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Biostatistics, both from the University of Toronto.
