CPSO’s 2023 Annual Report Now Available

CPSO’s 2023 Annual Report is now available for members of the public and physicians to explore.

The report is a comprehensive review of the College’s activities for the year, with highlights including:

  • In 2023, CPSO exceeded targets for all 10 key performance indicators. For example, complaint files were closed within 142 days of receipt, well within the 150-day target.
  • We continued to prioritize creating new pathways for internationally trained physicians to receive a license to practise medicine in Ontario and registered an additional 426 physicians through these pathways between April and December 2023.
  • Our Quality Improvement programs continue to grow, with more than 5,500 physicians completing a program in 2023 and further participation expected in 2024.
