How do I request a replacement certificate?
The certificate of registration is an official CPSO document that shows the class, date, and terms, conditions and limitations of your registration, while a membership certificate is the wallet-sized card certifying your current membership status.
Members can request a copy of their Membership Diploma, Membership Card or Registration Certificate in the “Registration” tab in the “Profile” section of the Member Portal. Once requested, a copy will be sent to the email associated with your portal account (i.e., the primary email CPSO has on file).
Please note if you are a first-year member, the online membership certificate is not available until you complete your first online annual membership renewal. In the meantime, if you require a replacement, you may send us a message through the Member Portal message centre or call us at 416-967-2673 or 1-800-268-7096, ext. 673.
How do I request a replacement receipt?
You can download fee receipts for paid invoices from the past two years (2018 and later) in the “Financial Transactions” tab in the “Profile” section of the Member Portal. You may request older receipts by submitting a service request in the “Membership Services” section of the portal.
